Storia:
Founded on May 1st 1968, Pastificio Di Lella SA is a family-owned company specialized in the production of fresh pasta and convenience food in the heart of Ticino, Switzerland.
From a small atelier run by one person in 1968, Di Lella has become over the years one of the major pasta producers in Southern Switzerland.
Today, Di Lella provides numerous wholesalers and supermarket chains, high-end restaurants and retail stores all over Switzerland with its freshly made pasta products.
Combining Italian creativity and Swiss quality, Di Lella’s “pastai” are only sourcing the best ingredients on the market and transform them following traditional recipes into a unique selection of products.
