Claudio Gerardi is the owner and the creator of this unique and original concept who brings two excellences of two different cultures to the streets, the Dutch tradition of bakfiets becomes the vehicle that carries the art of Neapolitan pizza on the streets.

The Fietseria is the first CARGO-FOOD-BIKE in the world that allows you to have a Pizzeria / Professional kitchen in an enclosed space, about 7m2.
